Check-In: Starting at 2:00 PM.

Check-Out: At 11:00 AM. Guest checking-out after this hour would be charge, $10.00 per hour.

Rate per night: The rate established on this confirmation is based on room type accommodation and number of guests in room using existing bedding.

Guests in room: The Beach Club reserves the right of admission of extra persons according to the maximum occupancy permitted for each room type. Additional persons to the amount established are subject to extra charge, $25.00 per night.

Methods of Payment: Cash, traveler checks, Visa, Master Card and ATH. Personal Checks are not accepted. A 50% deposit will be required at the time of the reservation. At the check-in the guest has to pay the balance.

Cancellation Policy: Modification or cancellations must made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date for a 45% refund of the deposit. For any cancellation and refund a 5% of the deposit will be withheld. In case of no show the deposit will be withheld.

Other: All rates are subject to change without prior notice. All rates are subject to a 9% tax. Certain holiday dates require a minimum stay. Visits to registered guest have a charge of $20.00 per person and day. Other services charges may apply. Pets aren’t allowed. If an early departure may occur before the date established in the reservation the money is not reimbursable. If there’s something lost or any damage to the property you should notify us before your checkout date. If it’s necessary we would charge to the guest account the cost of the reparation or substitution of the damages. The Beach Club Guest House reserves the right of admission.
